Dr. Sleep’s Medicare Concierge Service

I want to update you on changes to my medical practice. I will be participating in Medicare for both Internal Medicine and Dermatology.

For those patients without Medicare coverage, no changes are in place. I will continue to offer both Internal Medicine and Dermatology.

In my Internal Medicine practice, it has been and continues to be an honor to care for you. Adding Dermatology to my skills and practice has increased my ability to provide excellent care as well as additional services. I specialize in both cosmetic and medical dermatology, notably skin cancer treatment and prevention.

For Medicare patients, I am now able to see you for both Internal Medicine and Dermatology at my Los Alamitos office, and bill Medicare as of April 1, 2019. A concierge fee of $1,800 annually applies to Internal Medicine patients

Skin Cancer treatment by Dr. Susan Sleep includes prevention, surgery and SRT (non-surgical treatment equal in efficacy to Mohs surgery without deformity or scaring).

Trusculpt is a superior alternative to Coolsculpt for permanent fat destruction and loss through heat. Perfect for the neck/chin areas, thighs, waist, and flank areas, Trusculpt is currently available at the Los Alamitos office.

Thank you for your continued confidence and support.

Susan Sleep, M.D.
